The Academy

The M.O.H. Method™

Meaning. Opening. Healing.

A way of learning that begins with curiosity and grows through understanding, experience, and reflection.

The Philosophy Behind the Method

I've always believed that learning about spirituality involves more than memorizing meanings, following instructions, or repeating what someone else believes.

I want to understand where practices come from, why people use them, and what they can teach us. I also believe that experience matters. We learn by asking questions, trying things for ourselves, reflecting on what happens, and allowing our understanding to evolve.

That's the thinking behind the M.O.H. Method.

It's the educational philosophy I'm developing for The Magic of Healing Academy, bringing together three ideas that have shaped my own spiritual journey.

M · Meaning

Understand what you explore.

History · Knowledge · Symbolism · Context

Seek and Wonder

O · Opening

Make room for discovery.

Curiosity · Experience · Intuition · Reflection

H · Healing

Integrate what you learn.

Self-awareness · Personal Growth · Spiritual Integration

Meaning

Understand What You're Exploring

Before practicing something, I believe it's worth understanding it.

Where does this tradition come from? What do its symbols mean? How has it changed over time? What do different people believe about it?

Meaning is about learning the foundations, exploring the history, and asking thoughtful questions.

Whether we're studying Tarot, meditation, magical traditions, or energy work, understanding gives us a foundation for making informed choices.

It also helps us approach different traditions with curiosity and respect.

Opening

Make Room for Discovery

Learning often challenges what we think we know.

Opening is about being willing to explore new ideas, pay attention to our experiences, and consider perspectives that may be different from our own.

It includes practice, observation, intuition, reflection, and conversation.

You don't have to agree with every belief you encounter. You can question something, explore it, and decide what it means to you.

That's part of developing your own understanding.

Healing

Bring What You Learn Into Your Life

For me, healing has been an important part of my spiritual journey.

Through spiritual exploration, I've learned more about myself, my boundaries, my choices, and the ways I relate to the world around me.

In the M.O.H. Method, Healing is about integration. It's the process of reflecting on what we've learned and considering how it may support our personal and spiritual growth.

Everyone's experience is different, and healing doesn't follow a fixed schedule.

This method is an educational framework for spiritual exploration. It does not promise medical, psychological, or clinical outcomes.

How the Method Connects to the Academy

The M.O.H. Method provides the philosophy behind how we learn.

The Seven Gates offer a way to explore the learning process.

The Learning Pathways help students find subjects and experiences that match their interests and goals.

Together, they give the Academy a structure that can grow as new courses, workshops, and resources are developed.

From Philosophy to Practice

The M.O.H. Method™ is the foundation of everything we teach. It brings together knowledge, personal exploration, and meaningful integration.

Through The Seven Gates, we bring this philosophy into our courses and workshops, creating opportunities to question, understand, connect, practice, reflect, create, and share.

Whether you're exploring Tarot, energy work, meditation, or another spiritual practice, the approach remains the same: your path is yours to discover.
