4. Newsletter and MailerLite
We use MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions and send emails.
When you subscribe, we process your email address, selected language, newsletter interests, and, where applicable, your name and information necessary to document your consent.
The website keeps a private subscription record in Lovable Cloud and synchronizes the necessary information with MailerLite to manage your preferences and send emails. This record may include the subscription source, relevant dates, the consent wording you accepted, and your subscription status. MailerLite manages delivery of the welcome email and newsletters.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails or contact us at hello@themagicofhealing.com.mx.
Unsubscribing does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of records we must retain for legal, security, or suppression-list purposes.
5. Cookies and Google Analytics
Our website may use technologies necessary for its operation and, with your permission, optional analytics cookies through Google Analytics.
These technologies help us understand which pages are visited and how people interact with our content.
Google Analytics loads only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies. 6. Service Providers and External Links
We use Lovable to host the website and Lovable Cloud to store private subscription records. MailerLite manages the newsletter, and Google Analytics measures website use when you accept analytics cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and some images are delivered through file-hosting services. These resource requests may communicate technical data, such as your IP address and browser information, to the respective providers; they are not Google Analytics events.
The website contains links to YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, and our Fourthwall store, as well as email contact links. When you follow them, the respective platforms’ policies and terms apply. Purchases and requests available through Fourthwall take place outside this website. We do not currently embed those platforms’ video players or social media posts within our pages.
Some service providers may process information outside Mexico, subject to their applicable terms and data protection arrangements.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to respond to requests, maintain legitimate records, or comply with applicable obligations.
Unsubscribing records your withdrawal but does not automatically delete the website’s private subscription record. Information necessary to honor your choice not to receive further emails and handle subscription-related requests may be retained.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. However, no Internet-based transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
